Shipping
All prints are bespoke and made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of rolled prints and 3-4 weeks for framed prints depending on your location. A tracking number will be supplied.
We can ship our prints to anywhere in the world, but due to high shipping costs and risk of damage to framed orders in international transit, we ship ROLLED-ONLY to International customers. International customers can then have their print framed with a local framer. If you have any questions regarding framing please contact me
Returns & Refunds
All prints are made to order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for change of mind. No returns or refunds on originals for change of mind.
All prints are custom made so unfortunately they are not refundable or exchangeable. All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
Please head to the contacts page and leave a message WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the print. We will request photos of the damages and if it qualifies for a replacement, then we will request you return the print in it's original box / tube.
